FAQ

Common Questions

Depending on size, knotless braids can take anywhere from 3–8 hours. Jumbo knotless are the fastest (3–4 hrs), while small knotless can take a full day. Plan accordingly and feel free to bring snacks!

Most braid styles last 4–8 weeks with proper care. Knotless braids typically last 6–8 weeks, while cornrows last 2–4 weeks. We'll give you aftercare tips at your appointment.

Yes, please bring your own braiding hair. If you're unsure what type or how many packs you need, DM us on Instagram and Che will guide you based on your chosen style.

No need! Shampoo and blow dry are included with all services (except Braid Down). Just come as you are.

The $25 deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule once using your deposit for emergencies. After that, a new deposit is required to rebook.

Absolutely! We offer a full kids menu including braids, twists, cornrows with designs, and knotless braids in various sizes. Che is great with kids and makes the experience fun and comfortable.
